Faunia is a huge nature park, containing thousands of different species of animals from all over the world. There are both indoor and outdoor areas, which are very pretty. The whole family will love it at Faunia, as will couples, the young and the old.
Faunia is a biodiversity theme park that is made up of 8 of the worlds eco-systems and 3,500 animals.

History
Faunia was opened on July 10, 2001, under the name Parque Biológico de Madrid. In 2002, the park was renamed Faunia, a name created by the philologist and writer, Fernando Beltrán.[1] The author of the project was Ricardo Novaro Bocco.

After paying the entrance fee we start with the farm. Here we met sheep, goat, cows and donkeys. Next we enter the realm of the komo dragon. Across we have a big lake with ducks and flamingos. Lets then see the sea lion show. Passing the nile crocodiles and butterflies, we enter one of Europes largest night zoos with Aardvarks, bushbabies and bats. Bit later we enter the penguin house with arctic penguins. Outside agan we meet tortoises and suricates. Lets then enter the Australian area with wallabies and emus. Entering the underearth zoo with naked mole rats among others. We enter the dinosaur realm and afterwards se bell deer. Then we enter the jungle, starting a trip under the Amazon river with piranhas and sea cows. Above water water we meet several species if marmosets, sakis and tamanduas. Afterwards we enter the African forest were walk among free running ring-tailed lemurs. Outside again we meet the pelicans and walk towards the exit. At the tower we turn to the right to enter the house for poisones creatures like darter frogs and spiders
